Q. How can I place an order on your website?
A. Ordering from CELANDY is simple. Browse our collection, select the piece you love, choose your preferred variant, and click "Add to Cart" or "Buy Now." Enter your shipping and payment details at checkout — we accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed.
Q. Is it necessary to create an account to place an order?
A. No, you can check out as a guest. That said, creating a free account lets you track orders, save your shipping address, and view your full purchase history from one place.
Q. Can I make changes to my order after placing it?
A. We process orders quickly, so please contact us at support@celandy.com as soon as possible. If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, we'll do our best to accommodate changes. Once it has shipped, changes can no longer be made.
Q. How can I track the status of my order?
A. Once your order ships you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Click the link in that email to follow your parcel in real time. You can also log into your account to view tracking from your order history.

Q. Do you ship internationally?
A. Yes — we ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times are:
• Australia: 3–7 business days
• New Zealand: 5–9 business days
• United States & Canada: 7–14 business days
• United Kingdom & Europe: 7–14 business days
• Rest of World: 10–21 business days
Shipping times are estimates and may vary during peak periods.
Q. How much does shipping cost?
A. We offer free shipping on all orders over $50. Orders under $50 attract a flat shipping fee shown at checkout.
Q. What if my parcel arrives damaged or goes missing?
A. We're sorry to hear that! Please contact us within 14 days of your expected delivery date with your order number and a photo (if applicable). We will arrange a replacement or full refund promptly.
Returns & Refunds
Q. What is your return policy?
A. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, unworn, and in original packaging. To start a return:
1. Email support@celandy.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We'll send you return instructions and a return address within 1–2 business days.
3. Ship the item back to us (return postage is at the customer's expense unless the item is faulty).
4. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Q. Do you offer exchanges?
A. We don't currently offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or style, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the piece you'd prefer.
Product Care & Sizing
Q. How do I find my ring size?
A. The most accurate method is to visit a local jeweller for a professional sizing. At home, you can wrap a thin strip of paper snugly around your finger, mark where it overlaps, measure the length in millimetres, then use a ring size conversion chart. For reference, our rings are listed in US sizing — a US 7 is approximately 17.3mm inner diameter. When between sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort.
Q. How do I care for my CELANDY jewellery?
A. To keep your pieces looking their best:
• Sterling silver: Store in an airtight pouch, away from humidity. Polish with a soft cloth to restore shine. Avoid contact with perfume, lotions, and chlorine.
• Gold-plated pieces: Remove before swimming, showering, or exercising. Wipe clean with a dry cloth after each wear.
• Natural pearls: Put pearls on last (after perfume and hairspray) and store them flat — never hang pearl necklaces as the string can stretch.
• Gemstone pieces: Avoid ultrasonic cleaners. Wipe gently with a slightly damp cloth and dry immediately.
Q. Are your pieces hypoallergenic?
A. Our sterling silver pieces (stamped S925) are suitable for most sensitive skin. Gold-plated items use a nickel-free base. If you have a known metal allergy, please check the product description for material details or contact us and we'll help you find the right piece.
Gift & Packaging
Q. Do you offer gift wrapping or gift messages?
A. Every CELANDY order arrives in our signature jewellery box — making it ready to gift as-is. If you'd like to include a personalised message, simply leave a note in the "Order Notes" field at checkout and we'll include a handwritten card with your order.
Account & Privacy
Q. Is my personal information secure?
A. Absolutely. We take your privacy seriously. We do not store your credit card information — all payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments, which is PCI-DSS compliant. Your personal data is never sold to third parties. Please see our Privacy Policy for full details.
